A miracle in the world of banking

Client: Crelan

Following our previous campaign for Crelan, which highlighted the close bond between clients and their agents through Mr. Jacques, we created a new and surprising chapter - one that could be called a miracle.

It all began with a simple idea: a Crelan agent calling their client. In today’s banking world, that alone feels almost miraculous. That insight became the starting point for this campaign.

We turned that idea into a humorous and slightly surreal story in Crelan’s typical tone. In the TV spot, directed by Guy de la Palme and produced by Caviar, a client receives a call from his agent while dining at a restaurant. The moment quickly escalates: people scream “miracle!”, tourists gather, merchandise is sold, and even a skeptic shouts “fake news!”
